Who: Trained 15 CHWs in the hispanic community in partnership with Iglesia Conexion al Reino.

Where: Prince George County in Laurel, MD

When: March 2017 we started CHW trainings. We will be holding a health fair and graduation ceremony in early Spring 2018.

What: CHWs trained on how to prevent and manage nutrition related disease like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol; trained in CPR and first aid and how to take all vital signs, like blood pressure; trained on how to connect their community to resources, specifically in maternal care and mental health
